Spurvey captured my attention right away by tapping into that torment that haunts many of us about where we are headed in life. Set against the backdrop of an unsatisfying job, an ineffective boss and a loving and supporting wife and family, the central character sets off on his quest, with dwindling resources and a near-death experience en-route, to see if a sales training can help him right his own ship . This is not so much about sales unless, of course, the title refers to the need we all have to first sell ourselves on a life's path and purpose. A very successful entrepreneur and highly-regarded podcaster, Chis has a way of bringing his reader right into the story, making us a part of it, and helping us, just as if we were actually part of the seminar in the story. Only, we don't have to travel anywhere in order to get there. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in sales. Actually, I'd highly recommend it to anyone, regardless of whether they are directly "in sales" or not. His teaching will simply help you to live a better, more fulfilling, and happier life. Fantastic!

The neccesary mindset to succed
Unlike any other sales book I've read. This truly is about the inner game. It's inspiring, fun and powerful. I loved it.
This is a game-changing and life-changing book for anyone who wants to be more and have more than they ever thought possible. It is a short, easy read with a powerful message and I highly recommend it. Five stars doesn't seem like enough! I will definitely be applying its principles today, tomorrow and for a long time to come.
Great, condensed read of what Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and others say - law of attraction, visualize your dreams, etc. It's a great intro to those concepts, but not for those already versed in these methods
I was reluctant to reading this book but figured I had landed on it for a reason. It walks you step-by-step on building the life you dream of but think you will never achieve. But it does it in a different way the author really puts himself in your shoes, so you feel quite reflected on the narrator. It's like being at the seminar yourself.
I reccommend this book to anyone dreaming of a better life, to all those who, like me, suffer from self doubt, procastination and freeze instead of moving forward. It's not just a sales book. It's a " how to approach life better" book.
